This agreement on the “Terms and Conditions of use of the wellimob.ro website” (hereinafter the “Agreement”) sets out the conditions under which any person may visit or access the wellimob.ro website (hereinafter “wellimob.ro”) or use in any way the service offered by wellimob.ro (hereinafter the “Service”). It constitutes an agreement concluded between Real Cash Flow S.R.L. (hereinafter the “provider”), in its capacity as owner and administrator of the website and provider of the service, and any person who visits or accesses the website or who wishes to use in any way, or actually uses, the Service (hereinafter the “User”).

Copyright and the materials accessible on the wellimob.ro website
The content and graphic elements of the website — including but not limited to all text content, images, audiovisual elements, as well as the technical sources of all present and future facilities, the sources of the pages, and any other material transmitted in any form to and from Users (through direct viewing on the website, through newsletters, social media publications, etc.) — belong, unless another owner is expressly stated, to the administrator of the www.wellimob.ro website and constitute the content of the website.
The content of the website, regardless of where it is located on the site and regardless of type, may be used exclusively for personal purposes. Any use of content by third parties for purposes other than personal may be made only with the prior, express, written consent of Wellimob. Accordingly, it is prohibited to copy, take over, reproduce, publish, transmit, sell, or distribute, in part, in full, or in modified form, the content of this website or any part of it for purposes other than personal, without the written consent of the holder of wellimob.ro.
Accessing the wellimob.ro website and using the Service
Accessing the website and using the Service offered by wellimob.ro does not require users to register on the website. The User accessing the website may search among the properties offered for rent or sale through wellimob.ro according to the categories presented on the website, namely apartments, family houses, vacation houses, plots, offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, agricultural land, and forests, in the localities where Wellimob carries out its real estate agency activity, as listed among the offices on the Contact page.
Users may not publish materials, photographs, or any other information and listings directly on the wellimob website without the involvement and consent of Wellimob.ro; the wellimob website has been designed so that it also technically excludes this possibility, since this activity is prohibited for users.
Limitation of liability
The information presented on the wellimob.ro website is indicative and is presented according to the “as is” principle, that is, as it was obtained from the users of the Wellimob Service; the images and audiovisual materials reflect the condition in which the properties presented on the website were presented to Wellimob by the owners of the properties or by those persons who use the Wellimob Service.
Accordingly, Wellimob makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information, images, and materials published on the website and to maintain confidence in the website, and will try to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible, but does not assume liability and does not warrant, implicitly or expressly, the content and information on the website to the extent that it was made available to Wellimob by the users of the Service directly or indirectly.
Wellimob is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the information obtained from Users. The Users of the website expressly agree to hold Wellimob harmless from any judicial or extrajudicial action arising from the incorrect or fraudulent use of the website.
In the event of force majeure, Wellimob and/or its operators, directors, employees, branches, subsidiaries, and representatives are fully released from liability. Cases of force majeure include, but are not limited to, malfunctions of Wellimob’s technical equipment, lack of internet connectivity, lack of telephone connectivity, computer viruses, unauthorized access to the website’s systems, operating errors, strikes, etc.
Users agree to protect and indemnify Wellimob and/or its operators, directors, employees, branches, subsidiaries, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, impositions, losses, damages, costs (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees), expenses, judgments, decisions, fines, settlements, or other obligations resulting from or related to any action of the User in connection with the use of the Wellimob Service or any other aspect related to the Wellimob Service.
Notice on the processing of personal data
Accessing and using the Service offered through wellimob.ro does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to fill in any forms with personal data. The telephone numbers shown in the various real estate listings belong to the Wellimob team, and thus the users of the wellimob.ro website have no direct access whatsoever to the personal data of the owners of the properties presented, nor to the personal data of the persons who are the final beneficiaries of the real estate listings intermediated through the Wellimob Service.
For the operation and security of the website, the server automatically records technical data (including the IP address), kept for a limited period. This data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and security of the website.
With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to obtain aggregated statistics on how the website is used. For this purpose, cookies are placed and certain data may be transferred to Google. The legal basis for the processing is consent, which you can give or refuse via the cookie banner shown on your first visit and withdraw at any time through the “Cookie settings” option in the page footer. Until you give your consent, the analytics tool is not loaded and no analytics cookies are placed.
The controller of the personal data is Real Cash Flow S.R.L. You may exercise your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 190/2018 — the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and withdrawal of consent — by a request to office@wellimob.ro.

The website uses strictly necessary cookies for its operation (for example, the administrators’ authentication session), which do not require consent. For audience statistics we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that are only activated after the consent you express in the cookie banner. You can accept, refuse, or withdraw them at any time through the “Cookie settings” option in the page footer.
Applicable law. Dispute resolution
The rights and obligations of the Users of the wellimob.ro website, provided for in this Agreement, as well as all the legal effects produced by the Agreement, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Romanian law in force. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Agreement shall be resolved amicably. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent Romanian court located within the territorial jurisdiction of the registered office of the holder of wellimob.ro.
Language of the agreement
The Romanian-language version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy with the Hungarian or English translations.
Amendment of this Agreement
Wellimob has the right to amend, at any time and in any way, any of the provisions of the Agreement or the Agreement in its entirety, without any prior notice and without being obliged to fulfill any other formality towards the Users. If Wellimob amends its policy on the confidentiality and processing of personal data, it will notify the Users in accordance with the legislation in force.
